Pricing is the trend of the market
Following the trend in 2006, after prices of public goods, in 2009, a new round of prices of public goods policies were introduced again. 3 years have passed, had called to solve the problem of losses of public enterprise products, the result prices have gone up, loss of business or loss of hearing or be called “Listen up will be” the price should rise.
Prices of public goods is not without reason. First, because the reasons for our system, our public goods has been dominated state government, provide public goods through the enterprise at all levels of government subsidies of basic survival, provided the product itself is not profitable. But with the market reforms, gradually reduce government subsidies, these enterprises survive the difficulties, need to raise the price, otherwise the market would appear to provide enough public goods situation.
Second, public goods are often cheaper in China, leading to excessive consumption by consumers. From the perspective of sustainable development, the use of price leverage to promote conservation and use of our resources and the environment can reduce the pressure.
